Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Co-Gaming Limited as the operator of the Casino Stugan online casino made available through the website https://cazinostugan.bet (including any United Kingdom-facing informational version referred to as "Casino Stugan"). Placing Bets

Errors, Malfunctions, and Cancellations

  • Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted or settled at odds or conditions that are clearly incorrect or due to manifest technical or human error, the Operator may declare the Bet void or amend the settlement to the correct terms, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Technical failures: If a Game malfunctions or a systemic failure occurs (for example, loss of connectivity, hardware or software issues, or corruption of data), all affected Bets may be voided and stakes refunded, or re-settled based on the correct outcome as recorded on the Operator's systems.
  • User interruptions: In the event your connection is lost during a Game, the result may still be completed on the Operator's servers. The outcome recorded in the Operator's systems will be decisive, and any associated balance adjustments will be reflected in your Account.

Conduct and Prohibited Behaviour

  • Fair play: You must not use any strategy or technology that manipulates or seeks to exploit vulnerabilities in the Games or the Website, including but not limited to bots, automated betting software, or advantage-play that is expressly prohibited in the Game rules.
  • Collusion and fraud: Collusion with other Players, fraudulent activity, money laundering, and other illegal conduct are strictly prohibited. The Operator may suspend or close Accounts, void Bets, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
  • Chat and live casino conduct: Where chat or live interaction features are available, you must not post offensive, abusive, defamatory, racist, or otherwise inappropriate content. Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions
